Only 2 slots for ram

I have 8G of ram and my board says it supports 16G or ram but only has 2 ram slots and im running vista 64bit how do run the 8G of ram

Computer sees 2 out of 4 RAM sticks. caused by bios update?

I have P5WD2 Premium motherboard and until today I had 2 GB RAM in form of two 1 GB sticks. My motherboard has 4 RAM slots, their colouring is like this: yellow slot (let's call it A1), black slot (B1), yellow slot (A2) and black slot (B2).
